The spark that led to the creation and establishment of Sunny Motion was lit in Michigan's Upper Peninsula while Jess and Sam were spending time at the family Cottage.  The belief that art contains unleashed potential to move, save, and preserve our human experience was, and is, a cornerstone that both feel compelled to defend.   However, the reality of nearly crippling challenges presented in sharing art, pieces of the self, with others... presents extreme challenges.  The two concluded that art's healing touch was nearly stymied in our fast paced, insecure, defensive world.  In this calling to protect creative forces, encourage positive growth, and legitimately share artistic works, Sunny Motion was born.  The Studio functions as a creative force, and established, to combat the negative pieces of this world: to slow down, embrace yourself/accept the self, take care of each other, and share your gifts, talents, with others to encourage understanding and bring positive change to OUR world.

Sunny Motion Studio is composed of artists who believe in art's creative connection.  The Studio, composed of a select group of artists, functions to support, protect, and share the intellectual property of its members.  Throughout the process Sunny Motion works to protect, and respect, creative energies while providing sufficient monetary compensation to these individuals who spend countless hours honing their craft.
